How do I restore a PRO subscription?
  1. Sign in to the Shooting Assistant account used for the purchase.
  2. Open Settings, then Subscription.
  3. Select Restore Purchases.

Use the same Apple Account or Google account that originally purchased the subscription.

How do I manage or stop my subscription?

Open Settings, select Subscription, then choose Manage Subscription. You can also manage it from your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access remains available until the end of the paid billing period.

How do I delete my account?
  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Delete Account.
  3. Read the warning and confirm the irreversible deletion.

You can also request deletion by e-mail from the address associated with your account.

What happens to exported files?

PDF, backup and .shoot files are created or shared only at your request. Once exported outside Shooting Assistant, their storage, transmission and deletion are your responsibility.

The Live Fire audio does not play. What should I check?

Check the device volume, silent mode, connected Bluetooth equipment and the selected Shooting Assistant audio settings. Always verify the timer and signal before beginning a session.

How are App Store refunds handled?

Purchases and refunds made through the App Store are managed by Apple. Eligibility is determined under Apple policies and applicable law. Requests can be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com.
